17 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if he will give a breakdown of the total cost involved to date for his Department under the Government's current programme of decentralisation; if he will clarify the costs and relevant payments to personnel with regard to the relocation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

My Department has not been included under the Government's current programme of decentralisation and has, therefore, incurred no costs in the matter. I am, however, at present reviewing the situation in the Department to identify any areas that might be suitable for inclusion in the programme.
