I move:
That leave be given to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Sex Offenders Act 2001 to make provision for the requirement, in the interests of the common good, for the notification of information to An Garda Síochána, by persons who have committed the offence of coercive control and to provide for related matters.
I appreciate the acceptance of my amendment by the Leader on the Order of Business and thank her for that.
