The Houses of the Oireachtas Service has published its Gender Pay Gap Report for 2024 in line with legislative requirements.
Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 regulations require organisations to report on the hourly gender pay gap in their organisation across a range of metrics. The Houses of the Oireachtas Service has published gender pay gap reports in 2022 and 2023.
This report sets out the gender pay gap measures for the Houses of the Oireachtas Service for 2024.
